ACTEX Desk & Examination Copy Policy

ACTEX Desk Copy Policy |
We will grant desk copies of ACTEX publications to professors and instructors within the following limits:

- The requested publication must be adopted for use in a course given by that professor during the current or the following semester.
- The bookstore at that university, or any cooperating independent bookstore, must have ordered or will be ordering a minimum of five copies of the requested publication for use in the university given course.
- One desk copy may be requested for the professor. One desk copy may also be sent for that professors graduate assistant, if requested. If two copies are requested a minimum of 10 copies will need to be ordered by the bookstore.
- The professor must make all requests for desk copies by submitting a request using our online form or by faxing/mailing a form back into us. Please see below for direct links to these forms.
- The professor/university is responsible for postage cost on returned desk copies.

ACTEX Examination Copy Policy |
We will grant examination copies of ACTEX publications to professors and instructors within the following limits: |
- There must be a promise to return the publication unless the above conditions for desk copies are eventually met.
- If the desk copy policy conditions are not met by the semester following receipt of the examination copy, the professor will promptly return all examination copies or choose to purchase these copies from ACTEX.
- The professor/university is responsible for postage cost on returned examination copies.
