Q:When can I expect my package?
A:Delivery in the United States is by U.P.S. or Priority Mail.

Delivery time:
East coast -- 2-3 business days after leaving our facility
Midwest -- 3-5 business days after leaving our facility
West coast -- 7 business days after leaving our facility

Delivery to Canada is by International Transport Solutions - ITS
Packages are shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Our customers have received their packages anywhere in the range of three days to two weeks. Canadian customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, brokerage fees or GST. Expect Canadian customs delays and ORDER EARLY!!!

Delivery to any other foreign country is by International Transport Solutions, Global Priority Mail or Air Mail.
Packages are shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Our customers have received their packages anywhere in the range of one to three weeks. Foreign customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, brokerage fees or import taxes. Expect customs delays and ORDER EARLY!

Q:Do you offer express shipping? How much does it cost?
A:We do offer express shipping by either U.P.S. or Federal Express.
We charge our customers the actual shipping cost. Please call for prices and availability. In order to receive packages the following business day in the United States, please place your order by 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time.
Please note that any courier service to Canada and any other foreign country is VERY EXPENSIVE. Again, to avoid delays or the need for express shipping, please ORDER EARLY!

Q:Can I order the SOA and CAS study note packages from ACTEX?
A:No, you must order the SOA and CAS study note packages directly from the SOA and the CAS.
We have, however, established links to their websites for your convenience.

Q:I have found some mistakes in one of the manuals; what do I do about it?

A:There is a critique sheet in the introductory section of each manual.
We encourage you to use this sheet to report errors, or you may email your concerns to our production department. The information will be reviewed and sent to the appropriate author for confirmation, and corrections will be made available in an errata list on this site.

Q:Can I return the books and manuals that I ordered?
A:We have a 30-day returns policy.
If the books are in "new" condition and have been purchased within 30 days, please wrap them securely and send them back with a copy of your invoice and a letter stating the reason for return, and we will promptly refund your money. Exceptions are shrink-wrapped study manuals that clearly state on the cover "No return if opened" are never returnable once the plastic wrapping has been removed or opened.
