London, FSA Richard (Dick) London, FSA has taught Actuarial Science at several universities since 1968, he is the retired Director of Actuarial Science at the University of Connecticut. He has often taught courses in Interest Theory and Life Contingencies throughout his long career. Mr. London is the author of several ACTEX study manuals and textbooks.
Author: Gail Hall, FSA, MAAA Gail Hall, FSA, MAAA, has been with ACTEX Publications since September 2003 and is currently President. She is responsible for product development and all administrative aspects of the company. Prior to joining ACTEX, she was in the life insurance industry for over 25 years. Gail has been very active in Society of Actuaries activities. She served on the Board of Governors from 1998 through 2000 and the Management and Personal Development Section Council from 2004 to 2007. She was active on the Education and Examination committee for many years, most recently serving as its Chairman in 1999.
