March 5, 2010      The Society of Actuaries has announced that all Fellowship Exams will be offered twice per year beginning in the Fall of 2011. This will benefit both students and employers in many ways. As always, ACTEX will be ready to help our students with everything they need to be successful.

March 1, 2010      In Tribute: Robert J. Myers (1913 – 2010) ACTEX Publications mourns the passing of Robert J. Myers and celebrates his lifetime of accomplishment. We were fortunate enough to be personally involved with Mr. Myers while publishing his memoirs, Within the System: My Half-Century in Social Security. He inspired us with his intelligence, kindness and wit. He will be greatly missed.
